  2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your SparkClean Pro arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
